PROGRAM ANALYST

GS -11 LEVEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Performing functions involving formation, justification, and reporting for various funding programs within an organization;2) Explaining execution of funding to upper management/leadership personnel; and 3) Working with others to gather the necessary documentation for funding requests.

GS-09 LEVEL Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Assisting in the development, presentation, and tracking of budgeting for Special interest Codes (SICs) for facilities investments and facilities services; 2) Ensuring funding is adequate and data calls are answered, and/or budgets are submitted in time for facilities support; and 3) Using automated Financial Information Systems (FIS) to develop statistical data for reports.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
