PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Reviewing contract specifications for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods and procedures; 2) Preparing performance assessment plans; 3) Assessing contractor performance on a various types of contracts (i.e., HVAC, pest control, reclaimed water, fire alarm/suppression, barracks maintenance, fuel maintenance, FLEDS/generator maintenance, grounds maintenance, and/or custodial services) to confirm contractor performance meets contract specifications; and 4) Assuring adequacy of material or equipment specifications. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
