EW Lead System Engineer

Contingent Upon Funding Job Summary:  o Provides engineering and configuration management support to ensure active systems and equipment remain operational and maintainable; inoperable systems and equipment are returned to an operational condition; and new or mothballed systems are brought to an operational and maintainable condition.  o Performs engineering, manufacturing, construction, installation, operational testing, and integration of equipment and facilities at all sites to ensure the operation of the FTTR as an integrated system to meet functional specifications and customer requirements.  o Implements approved engineering project task requirements to include engineering and/or integration of system modification, range reconfigurations, testing, and new facility buildups.  o Coordinates equipment relocationsupport to include cost analysis, optimization studies, engineering studies, integration, testing, and installation in support of range growth or other requirements.  o Provides inoperative systems support to include engineering actions necessary to return equipment/systems to operational status. Provides TEC support to include engineering actions on equipment and software changes and additions relative to short-term operational test programs.  o Supports the Performance Assurance Department with Configuration Management (CM). Evaluates and monitors all modifications to equipment or facilities and change requests to improve operability/reliability/ maintainability.  o Documents maintenance actions in IEMS.  Minimum Requirements:  o Five years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility in complex electronic systems  o Five years' technical experience with Tactical Training Range systems (or equivalent military systems)  o Four years' experience in ESM/ECM and radar employment  o Four years' electronic maintenance experience in the following areas:  o Digital/analog signal processing  o Synchro-servo circuits  o Radar, RF signal processing  o Electromechanical devices  o Optical equipment  o Video signal processing and recording  o Communications (multiplexer equipment, VHF, UHF, microwave, fiber-optic)  o Digital/analog computer systems  o DC power supplies; low voltage AC equipment; primary and secondary power equipment; auto-transfer (UPS) equipment; portable AC generators  o Test equipment  o Operating experience with search, acquisition, ground control intercept, height finder or fire control radar systems, and familiarity with the employment of threat systems  o Ability to speak, read, and write English.4.  Minimum Position-Specific Training Required:  o Configuration Management Training  o Project Management Training  o Possess a valid state Driver's License  o Must possess and maintain a DoD Active clearance  Preferred Qualifications:  o Masters degree in EE  o PMP and CISSP certifications 26647

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
