The successful candidate will serve as the Range Complex Sustainment Coordinator (RCSC) for Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada. The RCSC provides range complex sustainment support and serves as the key coordinator between Naval Air Station Fallon, U.S. Pacific Fleet environmental and range staff, Navy region staff, and the Regional Environmental Coordinator (REC), as well as local range management and scheduling authorities; user communities; and service providers. The RCSC participates with the regional encroachment management team for issues impacting fleet training or which can affect mission readiness.
- Participate in oversight of fleet range sustainment programs
- Supports development and review fleet range sustainment projects, such as the Range Complex Management Plan (RCMP) and environmental compliance and planning document
- Support data collection via the Data Collection and Scheduling Tool (DCAST) for range sustainment projects such as the RCMP, environmental documentation, marine mammal reporting, and range conditions assessments
- Support development and management of list of prioritized projects and investments to address current and future range capabilities shortfall using the Tactical Training Range Requirements Ranking Tool
- Monitor environmental assessment and permit compliance thresholds in DCAST and Terrestrial Mitigation Tool
- Perform other duties as designated in support of environmental training operations
- Must possess Secret security clearance
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or Environmental Science; OR Minimum of fourteen (14) years of range complex support experience with minimum of two (2) years of environmental experience (Additional years of experience is strongly desired)
- Experience in Navy fleet training, operational planning and training exercise execution with an understanding of encroachment and environmental issues that can affect mission readiness
- Technical knowledge of the regulations of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), as well as other relevant environmental laws and Department of Defense and Department of the Navy environmental and range sustainment policy and regulations
- Monitor and review classified new training and testing requirements and Concept of Operations, draft classified documents (e.g. C3F Fleet Project Team briefs), review numbered fleet After Action Reports, and review status and capabilities of new weapon technology
- May be a former military officer of the rank O4 or above or have equivalent civilian experience in support of military training and operations
- Experience in writing plans and producing staff position papers
- Ability to work on many projects independently with minimal staff support
- Must be willing to travel greater than 30 days per year, if required
- Experience in airspace management policy, oceanic and special use airspace, and range management and/or staff experience in USN fleet training, operational planning and exercise implementation is highly desired
- It is desired that the candidate have joint military experience in training and readiness and working with other services in the development of training sustainment and environmental planning documents

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
