Sr. Maintenance Mechanic

The Opportunity:
Safety-Kleen is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Mechanic. In this position you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of repairs and preventative maintenance on all company units in the Safety-Kleen refinery including pumps, motors, and gearboxes. This position offers guaranteed 40 hours a week as well as the opportunity for overtime.
Responsibilities:
Be fully conversant with all plant safety procedures and operate all plant safety equipment such as fire-fighting, fresh air breathing equipment, gas analyzers, etc.
Carry out daily task assigned by Maintenance Manager and perform work with minimal supervision.
Work with other partners and/or contractors if deemed necessary.
Follow all maintenance SOP's, Loto, JHA's, etc.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or specialized or vocational training preferred.
5+ years of mechanical experience required.
Knowledge of measurement, gauging, and inspection of tools. Preventive Maintenance inspection and scheduling.
Knowledge in process equipment, piping, tanks, valves, pumps, equipment rigging, vessels, etc.
Be able to take on projects and fully understand attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
