Licensed Social Worker
Nevada license required.
Full time day shift position M-F.
Long Term Care experience a plus.
The LSW will be a member of a multidisciplinary team providing assessments, admission and discharge planning for both LTC and Acute patients.
Will assist with referrals.
Knowledge of state and federal guidelines for completing documentation and MDS assessments.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
