Zachary Piper is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) who will support mission training exercises for a classified federal program in Fallon, NVThe ISSO will work to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's information systemsResponsibilities of the Information System Security Officer (ISSO):
o Install, configure, and maintain local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backupsQualifications of the Information System Security Officer (ISSO):
o 5
years of experience as an ISSM or ISSO in the DoD sector Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST 800 Special Publications, Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), etc.
o Active IAM II Certification (CISSP, GSLC, CISM) Bachelor's degree in a related fieldo MUST POSSESS ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCECompensation for the Information System Security Officer (ISSO):
o Salary:
